Save Against Sucking? What a Time to Roll a 1!

Empress Pete (Thora Birch) holds a powerful scepter that allows her to control the mighty invisible dragon, Elliott, protector of the Empire of Passamaquaddy. A coalition of evil forces, including the mage Profion (Jeremy Irons) and the Empress’s own parents, the Gogans (led by Shelley Winters), seek a similar magical item that will allow them to control the red dragons and overthrow Pete’s benign and progressive rule. Pete’s only hope is a misfit band of adventurers featuring Snails the Thief (Marlon Wayans) and the Dwarf Elwood “Lampie” Gutworthy (Mickey Rooney). And Doctor Who shows up as an old elf, for some reason.
